Shipping policy

We ship all of our goods with a third party courier nation-wide (sometimes within a day!). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be provided with a waybill number to track your order. We reserve the right use the courier company of our choice.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over the value of R5000. This option is available at checkout and is automatically allocated to accounts with baskets reflecting a balance greater than R5000. 

Any information regarding the delivery of your order will be communicated through us, as well as the courier company. 

Should any issues arise during the delivery of your order, we will contact the courier company to ensure that the issue is resolved.
